Today's ride capped off the WRCS. We rode from pavement to trail pushing a casual pace. One highlight of the ride was the tie break challenge! There were 3 riders tied in points for the series overall (for info on points bikeSABBATH) The winner was decided today. With an egg on a tbsp, they had to pedal up the gradual climb at Malden Park. No eggs fell victim, all three riders made it to the finish but it was Ian who hammered home to victory (rider in black jacket, red shorts). Bragging rights for the year is awarded! A huge thanks to Adam (Mr. bikeSABBATH) for putting together another year of winter rides. The turnout on the cold Fri. nights and Sun. mornings was amazing! Great people, great rides, and great fun!! Good luck to all in the upcoming race season. Hopefully we will cross paths on the road or trail soon!
