All I've got is 9 minutes.....................

The noodles are boiling and I ran for the computer to put up this post. I'll take whatever time I can.
So this week has been pretty exciting in terms of training. My motivation has stayed high and my craving to be on the bike is very strong. In due time, in due time....... My casual rides seem to fuel my addiction and I know what is best for me at the moment. So I've taken on some cross training and I have picked many peoples brains. They have given me so many ideas for training and I will try to mix things up so I can be well rounded come race season. On Monday I headed to a local high school and taught a Pilates class with Lu (the owner of the studio where I work). It was a grade 10 girls phys. ed. class and they were alot of fun. Afterward, we (Lu and I) went back to the studio and worked out together. This workout included some plyometrics, upper and lower body, all while working the core. Great workout!! She always has new stuff to show me and I am a good guinea pig!! Sometimes I think I'm too eager but I just can't back down!! So Tues. came and I taught a spin class pretty much in the dark (best way to ride indoors!). On to Wednesday, I went to an indoor cycling class with a few of the bikeSABBATH riders, and Kim too!! Good job to Pak for taking on the title as last minute leader of the ride. Jay has a workout planned for me tonight. (Not sure if I should be afraid or not), but I'm up for any challenge thrown my way!! I'll keep you posted on how things go!! This could be interesting. :)

There goes the timer, 9 minutes to 'Al Dente'...................

Cheers,

Sue
