Tailwind

I took advantage of another beautiful day (and a tailwind) and got out for a 2 hour ride. I started from home, headed north, through Essex, to Puce then west to my final destination, The Bicycle Shop. There was a south west wind that I was able to take advantage of for 1/3 of my ride. In Essex County it is very rare to get a tailwind because it seems that no matter what direction you go the wind shifts and ends up hitting you in the face. I am having an issue with my hamstrings. They are so tight (so are my quads, shoulders, neck, calves and my back for that matter). Blah, blah, blah, I’m going for a massage on Thursday so I will not complain anymore!
